I really like your comment about recognizing something you did well the previous day. I used to ALWAYS hang on to things I DIDN&#039;T do well. I have pretty much stopped doing that, but I haven&#039;t really gotten into the swing of celebrating and acknowledging what I DO do well. I think that is equally as important, if not more important, as letting go of the things that DIDN&#039;T go well. I am going to make a habit of recognizing and celebrating what I did well the previous day.
